According to sub-section (2) of section 16, if the municipality or the urban development office demolishes the building or any part of it, if anyone objects to the obstruction, the municipality may request the assistance of the local administration and the urban development office may request the assistance of the local administration and the concerned rural municipality and so on. If assistance is requested, the municipality or urban development office should provide necessary assistance.
